Welcome to Our Ink Outline Section

The works of monochromatic graffiti art that are featured in this section were extracted from FTA sketchbooks. The books were filled up by ourselves & some of the the artists we met & worked with between 1991 & today. This gallery centers on pen & ink work from many artists. The originals were created with rapidograph pens & their disposable equivalent commonly called "inkers" as well as permanent markers & ball points. Some were sketched first in pencil & others are "freestyle". Many of these pieces served as blue prints for full scale pieces in spray paint. A number of the originals carry overspray, splatters, & smudges that reflect that sketches history.
